A customer or operator may enter a design direction. An approved MCP workflow may create a structured brief or preview asset, record a design version and digest, and route it to rights, trademark, likeness, content, product-claim, and human review. No order, payment, product publication, or fulfillment action occurs during design exploration.

Do not upload material you do not have permission to use. Do not request unauthorized logos, brand marks, team names, celebrity or living-person likenesses, copyrighted characters, protected slogans, counterfeit marks, impersonation, hateful or illegal content, or unsafe or regulated product claims. The user represents that submitted material is authorized for the requested use.

Some studies may be AI-assisted. Outputs may not be unique. Rights depend on source material, model terms, jurisdiction, provenance, and human review. ZeroDev does not guarantee copyright protection, trademark registrability, non-infringement, or commercial suitability. A preview is not an order and a design study is not a product approval.

Do not send payment information, customer addresses, supplier KYC or banking information, private support messages, secrets, or provider credentials to an AI provider. The final privacy notice must name [CONFIRM AI PROVIDER], purposes, retention, transfers, and deletion. ZeroDev may block, delist, hold, or review a design, and should publish a takedown, correction, and appeal route at [PRIVACY_EMAIL].
