COMMERCE / TERMS
Purchase terms
This is the operational terms draft for ZeroDev software, fixed-scope services, and planned Print-to-Ship goods. Checkout remains disabled until trader identity, contact details, tax treatment, fulfillment terms, cancellation information, and policy review are complete.
LEGAL STATUS: DRAFT — NOT LEGAL ADVICE — REVIEW REQUIRED BEFORE PRODUCTION CHECKOUT.
Trader and merchant of record
The seller for each live offer must be named as [LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME], registered at [REGISTERED_ADDRESS], with [CUSTOMER_SUPPORT_EMAIL] and [CONFIRM SELLER/MERCHANT-OF-RECORD MODEL] confirmed. The customer is buying from [CONFIRM ENTITY]. [CONFIRM ENTITY] handles customer support, refunds, disputes, product complaints, delivery promises, and applicable tax obligations.
Physical products and Print-to-Ship
Before payment, the store must show the product characteristics, selected variant, quantity, total price, currency, applicable taxes and charges, delivery restrictions, support contact, and the seller identity. A listing marked Preview, Brief required, or Coming soon is not an invitation to pay. Production and transit timing, shipping zones, return destination, supplier/provider handoff, and split-shipment treatment remain [CONFIRM PRODUCTION TIME], [CONFIRM SHIPPING TIME], [CONFIRM RETURNS ADDRESS], and [CONFIRM SUPPLIER COUNTRIES] until verified.
Digital products and services
Digital products and services have separate descriptions, compatibility, delivery timing, scope, support, license, and cancellation wording. Where digital content is supplied before a withdrawal period ends, the checkout must obtain any legally required acknowledgement and explain its lawful consequences. Fixed-scope work begins only after deliverables, exclusions, dependencies, price, acceptance criteria, change process, and target dates are confirmed.
Problems, cancellation, and refunds
Faulty, damaged, misdescribed, unsafe, wrong, or undelivered goods and services are handled under applicable law and the published returns and refunds policy. Any personalized or made-to-order exception applies only when legally valid and clearly disclosed before payment. No statement removes mandatory consumer rights, and this store does not use a blanket no-refunds clause.
AI, source, and supplier roles
AI-assisted design studies are previews, not rights clearances, orders, or guarantees of uniqueness or copyright protection. Public software remains governed by its published license. A supplier or fulfillment provider does not become the merchant of record merely because it supplies, prints, or ships an item; the product and checkout must state the confirmed role.
Not approved for production checkout. Qualified Irish/EU consumer, payments, commercial, privacy, and tax review remains a launch gate.
