If goods are faulty, damaged, unsafe, materially different from their description, not delivered as promised, or the wrong item or variant, contact [RETURNS_CONTACT] with the order reference. We may request proportionate evidence when reasonably necessary. The seller will assess replacement, repair, price reduction, cancellation, or refund under the applicable consumer law and published process.

The final policy must state the applicable withdrawal or cancellation window, return postage, condition requirements, hygiene exceptions, and refund timing. A personalized or made-to-order exception is used only where legally valid and clearly disclosed before payment. It is not a blanket “no refunds” rule and does not remove remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods.

Digital content must have separate delivery, compatibility, license, immediate-delivery consent, and lawful withdrawal wording. Fixed-scope services must have separate start, scope, acceptance, cancellation, and partial-refund terms. The physical-product exception is not reused for digital content or services.

The final process must identify the merchant of record, payment provider, refund source, dispute contact, supplier-caused failure path, transfer reversal or hold behavior, partial-refund authority, and expected timing. A browser return does not prove payment, and supplier payout is not proof that a refund obligation has been resolved.
